A4: As an independent party, our firm report to the Board of Directors of the subject company. We will provide periodical reporting to the Board on all reports received, including those where no action has been taken for whatever reason.

A5: To make sure that the report is received properly, please make sure that the name of the company involved is keyed in correctly. If you are unsure of the actual company involved, please key in the holding company’s name. You can provide further explanation when you describe the case.

Secondly, please provide as much detailed information as possible regarding the alleged or suspected case. Thirdly, please make sure that you write down and keep the Case ID for your report. This Case ID is for you to check on the status of your report.
